　　This series of products is designed as a single-stage, single suction, centrifugal slurry pump. According to the structural form, it can be divided into horizontal ZJ series and vertical ZJL series. Horizontal pumps are divided into 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm and other specifications according to the outlet diameter; Pumps of each specification and diameter have different impeller diameters for selection according to the head requirements.

　　This series of slurry pumps are innovative in hydraulic design, structural design and other aspects. The flow passage parts are made of self-developed abrasion resistant high chromium wear-resistant alloy, which has the remarkable characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, convenient maintenance and so on.

　　The pump body adopts double pump shell structure, which is convenient to replace the flow passage parts. According to the pressure, the outer pump shell adopts ball milled cast iron, and the inner shell adopts high chromium wear-resistant discounted cast iron or cast steel.

　　Seal form: ZJ series slurry pump can adopt two shaft seal forms: auxiliary impeller and packing combined seal and mechanical seal. The outlet position of the pump can be installed and used by rotating eight different angles at 45 degree intervals as required.
