BQW explosion-proof mining submersible sewage pump is an advanced and reliable drainage tool used in mining face, roadway, bottom water pit, local ponding pit, coal preparation pit drainage, engineering drainage and other occasions. It is applicable to underground roadways and mining faces in coal mines, and to the discharge of groundwater and coal water containing suspended pulverized coal in the environment where other working media contain methane or coal dust explosive gas mixture. It is also applicable to the explosive environment of petrochemical systems.
Service conditions of mining submersible sewage pump:
1. The power frequency is 50Hz, and the rated voltage is 380V or 660V (allowable deviation ± 5%).
2. The submersible sewage pump shall be submerged in shallow water and the submerged depth shall not exceed 5m.
3. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 40 ℃.
4. The value of pumped liquid is 6.5-10.
5. The volume ratio of solid impurities in sewage generally does not exceed 2%.
6. The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters.
